On March, 27, in our school, there was an amazing shadow theatre performance. It was prepared by some students from our school drama group „Przybij piątkę!” and our teachers.
The show was about important and very universal issues, such as the magic of friendship, the problem of violence, the value of tolerance, the experience of loneliness, and the need for mutual suport in everyday life.
The special feature of the performance was the fact that all of the scenes presented there were based on poems written by teenagers. The texts, full of emotional message, were read aloud, and the stories in them, added depth and authenticity.
This school event was a kind of inspiration for our students to honestly talk about important problems in their lives.
The audience had a unique opportunity to watch some interesting stories that encouraged reflection and drew their attention to other people’s everyday emotional struggle. The stage became a special space where difficult subjects could be not only experienced but also discussed.
