"MULTIPLICATION CHAMPION" school competition

Can multiplication be a piece of cake for you or maybe a challenge you don't understand at all?

On December 12, the final of the school competition named Multiplication Champion took place in building B of our school. It was organised as part of the annual World Multiplication Table Day.

After class rounds, 20 students were qualified for the final so they had a great opportunity to check their multiplication skills  while competing in their grade group.

The best students received certificates as well as the title  Multiplication Champion in their category. Of course, they also got good maths marks:)

Our winners are: Jakub Jurkowski, grade 5, Sebastian Bąk, grade 6, Wiktor Pietrzykowski, grade 7, Szymon Romanek, grade 8. Congratulations!!!

World Multiplication Day has been celebrated at our school for many years. In 2025 it was already the 15th edition of this fantastic event. Every year our maths teachers add new challenging activities for our competitors. This year, during some school breaks, all our students could play the board game called Super Memory. Its aim was to combine multiplication table with concentration skills and memory.

It was a great day at school!

Maja, grade 7b.
